Key Responsibilities 1. BMS Operations & Monitoring Continuously monitor and control site-wide BMS graphics platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric). Track and optimize HVAC systems, including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, FAHUs, Pumps, VAVs, and cooling towers, to maintain occupant comfort and operational parameters.  Monitor energy usage, setpoint schedules, run hours, and trending logs to support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.  Identify equipment faults, sensor errors, and system deviations, dispatching maintenance technicians immediately for corrective action.  2. Fire Control Center (FCC) & Life Safety Management Maintain continuous monitoring of the main Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP), Voice Evacuation Systems, Sprinkler Flow Switches, Fire Pumps, and Smoke Control/Extraction systems. Acknowledge, verify, and log all fire, trouble, supervisory, and fault alarms coming through the main FCC console. Initiate standard emergency response protocols in the event of a fire or life-safety emergency, including activating voice evacuation or coordinating with local civil defense/emergency services. Monitor life safety equipment interfaces, such as fire damper status, stairwell pressurization fans, gas suppression systems, and elevator recall functions. 3. Alarm Response & Maintenance Coordination Record, categorize, and log all system alarms, generating digital Work Orders (CAFM/CMMS) for technical teams. Coordinate on-site movement with mechanical, electrical, and fire protection maintenance technicians during routine inspections or emergency breakdowns.  Place BMS/Fire loops or zones into test/bypass mode during planned maintenance or contractor activities to prevent false alarms, ensuring system restoration upon completion. 4. Logging & Reporting Maintain accurate shift logs documenting system alarms, incidents, equipment overrides, status changes, and site activity.  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports on system uptime, alarm trends, and temperature/humidity compliance. Log energy utility meter readings (electricity, chilled water, water consumption) monitored via BMS/SCADA Qualifications & Requirements Education: Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering. Experience: 3+ years of experience operating BMS and Fire Alarm/FCC systems in high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, or industrial environments.  Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with major BMS software platforms (Desigo CC, Metasys, EBO, Niagara, Tridium). Working knowledge of Fire Alarm system hardware (Notifier, Simplex, EST, Siemens) and NFPA / local Civil Defense codes. Strong understanding of HVAC cycle, chilled water plants, electrical distribution, and fire suppression systems.  Soft Skills: Quick decision-making under pressure, detail-oriented monitoring skills, clear verbal communication for emergency situations, and proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Key Responsibilities Site Execution: Supervise technicians and subcontractors installing HVAC, electrical cables, piping, and plumbing systems per approved drawings. Coordination: Resolve site access/spatial conflicts between MEP trades and coordinate penetrations with civil teams. Quality & QA/QC: Conduct pressure/leakage tests, raise Inspection Requests (RFIs), and resolve punch list items per local codes. HSE & Safety: Enforce PPE use, conduct daily Toolbox Talks, and maintain safe working conditions at heights and during hot works. Reporting: Track daily manpower, material usage, and work progress; report site constraints and progress to project engineers. Key Requirements Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. Experience: 3 to 5+ years in MEP site supervision (construction/contracting). Skills: Ability to read MEP/structural drawings; working knowledge of HVAC (SMACNA/ASHRAE), electrical, and plumbing standards; strong labor management skills.

Basic bookkeeping: petty cash, invoices, expense reports. Support onboarding and ad-hoc admin tasks. Qualifications: Diploma/degree in Business or similar; 1–3 years admin experience. Skills: MS Office, good communication, organization, discretion, multitasking.

Key Responsibilities 1. Installation & Wiring: Layout and install electrical conduit piping, cable trays, trunking, and raceways according to approved shop drawings. Pull wires and cables through conduits and connect them to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Assemble, install, and connect Main Distribution Boards (MDBs), Sub-Main Distribution Boards (SMDBs), and final Distribution Boards (DBs). Install switches, sockets, indoor/outdoor lighting systems, and emergency backup power layouts. 2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctioning electrical systems, apparatus, and components using testing equipment like multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers (Megger). Replace faulty wiring, circuit breakers, fuses, switches, and relays to prevent system downtime. Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems, commercial machinery, and site DB panels. 3. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards and project specifications. Strictly follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures before performing maintenance or repair work to eliminate electrical hazards. Properly implement grounding (earthing) systems for equipment and structural frameworks to protect against electrical surges. Required Technical Skills & Tools: Ability to read and accurately interpret electrical schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams (SLD), and layout drawings.Tools: Mastery of hand and power tools specific to the trade (conduit benders, wire strippers, crimping tools, cable cutters, and drilling machines).System Knowledge: Deep understanding of single-phase and three-phase electrical distributions. Qualifications & Experience Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certificate in the Electrician Trade (typically a 2-year vocational course). Experience: Usually requires 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience on construction sites, commercial fit-outs, or industrial maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Drawing & Drafting Prepare detailed blueprints, site plans, structural layouts, and cross-section drawings for infrastructure projects (e.g., buildings, roads, drainage networks, and bridges). Draft Shop Drawings (detailed installation drawings for site teams) and As-Built Drawings (final drawings showing the project exactly as constructed). Develop layout plans for earthworks, grading, utility routing (water, sewage, electricity), and stormwater management systems. 2. Design Collaboration & Review Work closely with Civil Engineers, Project Managers, and Architects to interpret rough design notes, survey data, and structural calculations. Review completed drafts to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and consistency across architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs. Resolve design conflicts or discrepancies before drawings are issued to the construction site. 3. Regulatory Compliance & Standard Maintenance Ensure all civil drawings conform to company standards and local regulatory frameworks (guidelines in Qatar). Organize, update, and maintain a secure digital archive of all drawing revisions, master plans, and project document logs. Required Skills & Software Expertise: To work efficiently, a Civil Draftsman must be highly proficient in modern industry software: Core CAD Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is mandatory; 3D modeling is a massive advantage). BIM Modeling: Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Structure) for Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects. Civil Infrastructure Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for grading, highway designs, corridors, and land surveying integrations. Technical Literacy: Ability to accurately read, interpret, and scale engineering blueprints, topographical maps, and architectural designs. Qualifications & Experience: Education: A Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a certified ITI/technical certification in CAD/Drafting. Experience: Typically requires 2 to 5+ years of drafting experience within a contracting, engineering consultancy, or infrastructure construction firm. Local Knowledge: For positions in the Gulf region, familiarity with local municipality submission systems and construction standards (like QCS) is highly preferred by employers.
